In fact, being aware and being present is just the first step in becoming more alive and expressing your creativity to its fullest extent. Of course, with practice one would eventually learn how to be more mindful, and present in everything he does – but you first have to learn how to be more mindful and present in your everyday life.

If you eat fast food at a place that you don’t know, you might end up with food poisoning. You have to be choosy about what you eat because there’s no way of knowing what’s going into your body.

It’s important to start slow. Try taking a day off once a week and start being more mindful of what you put in your mouth. If you stick with it, you will see a different. Start small and work your way up, and you’ll find yourself eating better all the time.
